Tree-Mendus Nursery
An established history with a new beginning!
Tree-Mendus Nursery was started in 1990 as a plant source for Thoren’s
Landscaping. The nursery was Wholesale in the fact that it was not advertised as open to the public and sold 95% of its product to small landscape firms and Garden centres.
Frank who had acquired Thoren’s Nursery Ltd., an 87 acre wholesale nursery in
Strathroy in 1996, is the owner of Tree-Mendus nursery, a 15 acre facility near Ravenswood.
In the fall of 2005, Thoren’s Nursery liquidated its stock in an auction sale
reducing time demand on Frank in the wholesale aspect of operations to concentrate on the development of Tree-Mendus and landscape construction.
Here we go into 2009!
Thoren’s Nursery is closed and I enter 2009 the 7th season at Tree-Mendus, offering
Nursery stock to the public, as well as Landscape construction products and services, at competitive prices.
